Board of Directors

Operations and general direction of the organization is supervised the board of directors, listed below:

Robert Klob, Robert Klob Designs, Inc.
Mr. Klob is a well-known ICF advocate.  He is president of a full service residential design firm specializing in ICF design and consulting.  Familiar with all the leading ICF brands, he has worked on projects throughout North America and the Caribbean.  His expertise is sought by code-development bodies, most recently participating in the PCA 100  committee, which updated the basic engineering reference for residential ICF walls.  He currently serves on several other code development committees related to our industry.  He is also an expert on design efficiency, understands the architectural/engineering community, and understands the intricacies of marketing ICFs online and in person.

Bill Naegeli, GNP Build
Mr. Naegeli is a green building guru and zero-energy home expert.  A certified LEED Green Associate, he is also a successful ICF distributor and builder.  Based in Maryland, he’s a certified installer of several leading brands, and has built one of the largest zero-energy ICF homes in North America.  He is a familiar voice in online green building forums, and understands how to leverage social media for maximum marketing advantage. 

Rodney HubbleForce 5 Walls
Force 5 Walls is an Alabama/Florida Panhandle based concrete contractor performing ICF, conventional cast-in-place and CMU scopes of work. We construct projects along the Gulf Coast from southeast Louisiana to Panama City, Florida. (although we have and are working on projects elsewhere subject to the scope) We have over the past eighteen years and presently work with several brands of ICF forms. Our projects range from safe rooms and Habitat homes thru large custom homes to condos, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and schools.

Clark Ricks, ICF Builder magazine
r. Ricks is editorial director of ICF Builder magazine, a respected independent trade publication.  He has a good working relationship with nearly every major industry player, including EPS molders, form manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.   He has also consulted with the Portland Cement Association (PCA) and National Concrete Ready Mix Association (NRMCA) in developing their ICF promotional materials. He also maintains one of the largest libraries of ICF videos and photographs in existence, and is constantly adding to it.


Advisors to the Board

Cameron Ware, Futurestone, LLC
Mr. Ware is the president of a Texas-based Nudura distributorship. and has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.  He understands the relationship between real-world insulation values and laboratory testing better than most, and—perhaps more importantly—can present that information in a clear way that leads to sales.  He has a long track record of success in the commercial sector, including a church with clear-span walls topping 60 feet.  He is currently overseeing the ICF installation on five different school projects in the Lone Star state.

Carter Benjamin, Wind-lock
Mr. Benjamin is the Executive Vice President of the Wind-lock Corporation which has been providing solutions to the ICF market since 1999. He has served on the Board of Directors of the past ICFA and has been on the communications committee for EIMA for well over ten years. Prior to his time at Wind-lock he spent fourteen years at Pitney Bowes in varies sales and leadership positions, he enjoys traveling with his family and occasionally enjoying a round of golf.

Robert Dazel, Dryvit Systems, Inc.
Mr. Dazel has been a registered Architect in the State of Ohio since 1992. He is a graduate from The Ohio State University with a BS Degree in Architecture, a long-standing member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and maintains his LEED Green Associate credentials.  He also served as an affiliate member to the former ICFA Board of Directors. He was employed in the architectural profession from 1986 to 1996 serving as project architect for numerous large scale governmental and institutional projects and was a Faculty Member at the University of Toledo in their Engineering / Architecture Associates Degree Program. With respects to Building Envelope Performance, he has spent the last nineteen years in the Exterior Insulated Wall Cladding Industry holding numerous positions such as architectural services, technical, marketing and sales management. For the past fifteen years, he has been employed with Dryvit Systems, Inc. and is currently the Marketing Manager for Strategic Accounts.  Under his current responsibility, he manages Dryvit’s National Chain Accounts programs focusing on business development and account management and is responsible of AIA and USGBC / GBCI / LEED accredited presentation programs. The total of his professional experience has allowed him to become an authority and expert on Exterior Wall Surfacing Materials and Building Envelope Codes, Design, Detailing, Specification and Performance.
